A Beginner's Guide to Recreational Hypnosis

This is a zine I made to share 101 information about recreational hypnosis in person. There are a lot of good online resources, but giving someone a link isn't always a great option, and I wanted to have something people could peruse without much commitment.

Most of the material is adapted from Binaural Histolog's The Newbie Guide to Hypnosis, used under Creative Commons License. Every topic in the zine is expanded on in that website, along some others and lots of great links and videos, so I really encourage you to check it out!

Downloads

The zine is meant to be printed double-sided in landscape on Letter paper, with two smaller pages per side. Folded and stapled, it makes a full booklet on four sheets of paper. Three files are available:

A digital version where each of the 5.5" x 8.5" pages are separated and in their natural order
A printable version where the pages are combined and reordered for printing on Letter paper
A flipped printable version where every second page is rotated 180 degrees, in case (like me) your printer will only flip on the long edge for double-sided printing
